Our Mission
At N. Ulrich & Associates, we strive to provide comprehensive life care plans that are rooted in thorough research. Our goal is to ensure that every client understands the financial implications of their medical needs. Nicole Ulrich founded Rehab Innovations Case Management in 2004, She has been providing top level nurse case management services for over 20 years. With that experience, she became a certified nurse life care planner (CNLCP)in 2020. Since then she has personally authored over 100 life care plans in her 22 year career. She has extensive experience with TBI's, SCI's, Pediatrics ( including Cerebral Palsy, Brachial Plexus and other birth related injuries), Rehabilitation, Multi-Trauma, Amputations and the like.
